Enhance your client experience with Loom

In this video series I share daily tasks and actions that will take you around 10 minutes to complete each day and will help you find more interior design clients and make huge progress in your design business.

In today’s video I am sharing a tool that I use daily in my business called Loom.

With this tool you can create quick videos to help explain things quickly and easily. I use Looms to help answer questions that students in my courses have and also to explain tasks that I do regularly in my business that I want to hand off to other people to help me with (e.g. for handing over tasks to my Virtual Assistant).

There are many uses for Loom and I give you some ideas for how I think it could really help to enhance the work you do with design clients as well.

Remember - the purpose of this new series of videos is for you to TAKE ACTION on these tasks. If you do the things I'm suggesting each day then bit by bit you will be making progress towards growing your business and attracting more clients.

Today’s action step is to download Loom and have a play around with it. Have this ready and set up for the next time you need to explain something to a client and want to improve the way you communicate your ideas.
