Before and After Home Tour - Roseville House
It's big reveal day today of TLDC Interiors' Rosevile project. I couldn't be happier with how it has come together and the transition from a nearly unliveable 100 year old Federation house to a modern family home is amazing!
We've kept many of the beautiful original details like the lead light windows, terrazzo veranda flooring, ornate ceilings, and wooden feature archways. But to modernise the home we moved the floor plan around to accommodate a huge master suite with walk in robe and ensuite, added modern bathroom and kitchen and included heaps of storage around the house with modern v-groove joinery.
In coming weeks I'll be bringing you detailed pictures from each room but for today here are some before and after pictures to show you how far the project has come.
In other big news this project has officially kicked off TLDC Interiors as a business for me. Off the back of this project I've been commissioned to do some other exciting work by people who have seen the house on social media or in the neighbourhood and have got in touch - so I couldn't be more excited about that.
I'm also now working with local estate agents on home staging projects for sale as a result of my experience in real estate styling and my passion for real estate in general. I'm currently working on my first of these projects in Bellevue Hill, Sydney and pics of that project will be up in coming weeks. One of my specialities with real estate styling is in helping clients improve their spaces with the furniture they already have. This helps keep styling costs down which many clients value during the sale of their house.
But for today here's a taste of the Roseville project.
