Your Instagram growth checklist
Here’s your daily checklist for Instagram growth. 📈
Time required:
45 minutes per day
Daily tasks list:
✅ 15 MINS: Post to your feed (choose the content you enjoy creating and until you see good growth vary what you create - e.g. image, carousel, reel, video, Live)
✅ 5 MINS: Post to your stories throughout the day. Ideas - behind the scenes, what you’re working on, your latest post, content from others, short tutorial/chat
✅ 5 MINS: Go to 3-5 large creators you admire in your space and leave thoughtful comments on their recent posts
✅ 10 MINS: Answer your DMs
✅ 10 MINS: Go through your feed and explore pages and engage with content related to your niche from people you are following - e.g. comment, DM the creator, share content to your stories and tag them.
As you go also SAVE any posts that have given you ideas for your own content (I create folders for this).
That’s it…once you are done come back again the next day and do it all again because CONSISTENCY is important for growth. 📈
Here’s how to improve your Instagram page today:
✅ post as often as possible (ideally daily)
✅ talk on video in your stories
✅ stop posting the same stuff as everyone else
✅ get good at story telling in your content
✅ make your captions easy to read (use short sentences, bullet points, emojis)
✅ forget trends and focus on value
✅ work out what you stop your scroll for and post content like that
✅ use CTAs to get people to sign up for your stuff (lead magnets, paid products)
Thanks for reading and catch you in my next post :)
